The distinction was conferred by a respected 35-member jury chaired by Eng. Liliyana Petrova, representative of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works. The award reflects the project’s high professional standards, long-term vision, and quality of execution across all stages of its development.

The ORNO Logistics Center is a commercial logistics facility dedicated to food products, located in the vicinity of Tsaratsovo village, Plovdiv Region. The project is developed on a site area of 11,533 sq m, with a gross built-up area exceeding 5,500 sq m, and represents a strategic investment by ORNO JSC.

Designed with clearly defined functional zoning, the facility comprises conventional and refrigerated warehouse areas, administrative and service spaces, and 11 loading and unloading docks. The logistics center offers more than 6,000 pallet positions, arranged within a modern racking system and supported by four refrigerated chambers, ensuring efficient, reliable, and controlled storage operations.

The project incorporates advanced technical solutions and energy-efficient systems, including rooftop photovoltaic panels, alongside optimized logistics workflows tailored to the requirements of modern distribution. Administrative areas are designed to maximize natural daylight and provide a comfortable and efficient working environment.

This recognition positions the ORNO Logistics Center as a next-generation logistics facility and a benchmark for sustainability, operational efficiency, and quality within Bulgaria’s logistics and industrial real estate sector.
